Alain Robbe-Grillet, 1922

Thought 7: I really haven't any idea who Alain Robbe-Grillet is; he is the only author listed on my Half-Price Books calendar for August 18th, and so I place his name here in hopes that someone might recommend him. Another French-looking name (though it is Belgian) is Jacques Brel, whom I also know very little of, but who was apparently quite popular in the sixties and seventies. My sister, Ellen, was recently involved in a production celebrating his work, and, as she has spoken so highly of him, I thought I'd pass that along here. So many works, so little time...
I also need to thank Jon for introducing me to Miles Davis's Bitch's Brew. It's one of those albums I've been meaning to acquaint myself with for years and just never got around to it. Shame on me, I know. It is just fucking AWESOME.

Thought 8: "REFERENCE" IS NOT A VERB!!!!!!!!!

Thought 9: Anybody know where I can pick up a UV LED? You can also email me at prarobinson@gmail.com with any questions or comments.
